Norfolk Southern Distinguishes But Does Not Derail Daimler

In Mike Cortina's recently published article, “Norfolk Southern Distinguishes But Does Not Derail Daimler,” he analyzes the United States Supreme Court’s opinion in Mallory v. Norfolk Southern Railway Co. in relation to the Court’s 2014 ruling in Daimler AG v. Bauman. While it may initially appear that Norfolk Southern  is in opposition to Daimler, they actually work congruously upon reflection. He also looks at what it means for Illinois corporations.
