Overview

Rob won his first big trial, a trucking case against his law school trial advocacy teacher, simply because he outworked opposing counsel. That’s what continues to set Rob apart today – his willingness to work harder and longer, and to seek out opportunities when others see none.

Rob provides counsel and strategic planning in all segments of the transportation industry including compliance issues with state and federal laws, litigation claims, emergency response, insurance coverage, liability defense, risk management, and personal and property damage claims. He also has a wide range of experience in regulatory matters, workers' compensation and employment matters.

Outside the office, Rob is a long-time beekeeper, a budding mosaic artist, a New York Knicks fan, and a husband, father and grandfather. He is also an active supporter of the Columbus art community. Rob has served as a board member of the King Art Complex since 2011, where he has helped support the institution’s engagement with central Ohio through performing, cultural, and educational art programs.
