Overview

Since 1996, Larry has represented a nonprofit lender working in partnership with area banks and other non-profit lenders to provide low-interest loans to businesses in Milwaukee, Kenosha, Racine, Ozaukee, Walworth, Waukesha, and Washington Counties.  The client’s $100 million loan fund serves hard-to-serve or underserved markets, with typical loans between $50 to $750,000, with catalytic projects ranging from $2.5 million to $15 million.  Larry advises the client on all aspects of its business, including general corporate matters, loan due diligence, negotiating and drafting loan documents and intercreditor agreements, loan closing and post-closing matters, creditors’ rights in forbearance, workout, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and receivership.
