Overview
Amundsen Davis was retained, on behalf of the aircraft owner, to investigate a fatal crash of a business aircraft and to prepare the defense of likely litigation. Through early proactive pre-suit efforts, our attorneys overcame the plaintiff’s efforts to establish aircraft based causation, and successfully redirected plaintiffs efforts on the operator and support vendors. Amundsen Davis’s client was dropped from the litigation, which has now been settled by other parties.
