Handles a Variety of Contract Negotiations with Prime and Subcontractors for a Large Construction Company

Jason handles a variety of contract negotiations with prime and subcontractors for a large construction company contracting with state and local governments. As part of his representation, he enforces contract provisions and performance, as well as prosecutes breach of contract claims in litigation.
