Defended Staff at a Long Term Care Facility

Amundsen Davis defended actions of staff at a long term care facility. We achieved the successful dismissal of three named defendant nurses on summary judgment. At trial, not guilty as to one count and a jury award which was less than 15% of the pretrial demand for settlement.
