Overview

Amundsen Davis defended a staffing agency client against allegations claims of a same-sex hostile work environment and retaliation claims brought by a plaintiff-employee who claimed that a co-worker exposed the plaintiff to hostility because the co-worker allegedly wanted a relationship with the plaintiff’s significant other. The court granted our client’s motion to dismiss the claims based on our arguments that “romantic rival” claims are not cognizable under federal employment discrimination statutes.
