Overview
Jim has acted as counsel to various communities, prosecuting hearings before the police and fire commission under Wis Stat. Section 62.13. Jim has even more experience in advising police and fire commissions, acting as hearing advisor and coordinating the required hearings, drafting decisions and otherwise assuring compliance with the statues and due process.
