A great degree of focus is placed on maintaining a company’s Intellectual Property (IP) once it exists. But there are many issues to consider leading up to that point. This presentation will explore several possible IP ethics missteps by sharing and discussing scenarios and addressing related ethics considerations, to help you better ensure that you and your team are taking better precautions and increasing the likelihood that you are avoiding unintended ethics errors. Tom Pienkos will be moderating the talk with three speakers: John Pienkos, Tim Pierce, Ethics Counsel at the Wisconsin State Bar, and Thadd Stankowski, General Counsel at Hydrite Chemicals.
