Marc A. Gwekoh

Marc isn’t one to wait to see what’s going to happen next. Clients appreciate that he is proactive, provides detailed suggestions on how to move a matter forward, finds alternative avenues when necessary, and then guides them towards the best resolution.  

As a member of the firm’s General Liability Service Group, Marc represents clients facing claims of liability and damages. He defends corporate and municipal clients in consumer and warranty litigation, employment law, personal injury, construction defect, premises liability, negligence, catastrophic injury, real estate, toxic tort, transportation and workers’ compensation matters. In addition to defending clients in litigation, he also represents them in arbitration, and has previously defended workers’ compensation and uninsured motorist claims in arbitration.
