Michael regularly exceeds client expectations. His clients appreciate his understanding of the complicated issues they face and his ability to hone in on the specifics of a case, which often leads to strategies for quick resolutions.
As a member of the firm’s General Liability and Health Care Service Groups, Michael represents clients in the health care and insurance industries. He assists health care providers such as physicians, nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants, and hospitals facing medical malpractice claims. Michael also provides guidance for health care corporations on regulatory matters, policy developments, and general litigation cases.
Prior to law school, Michael worked as a medical assistant for an OBGYN practice allowing him to acquire a deeper understanding of the challenges and stresses health care providers face when providing quality care to patients. He continues to gain this hands on experience today, making yearly trips to Honduras where he works as a first assistant and scrub technician for gynecological cases.
