Overview
Jennifer has an adventurous and curious spirit and loves that each case requires her to develop some understanding of a new field or industry. While she enjoys every aspect of litigation, she finds the most rewarding part of her job is advising clients on how to decrease liability. Having worked in the restaurant industry, Jennifer understands that addressing problems early and maintaining a positive work environment are essential to avoiding lawsuits.
As a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Jennifer represents clients in general liability claims as well as employment claims, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Prior to law school, Jennifer studied economics and mathematics. This background strengthens her ability to think analytically and creatively solve problems, skills she uses to advise and advocate for her clients.
