Overview
Isabelle is known as a veracious advocate who never backs down from a challenge. As a member of the firm’s Transportation & Logistics and Professional Liability service groups, she defends clients in a variety of industries including construction, transportation, retail, and insurance. Isabelle assists with complex commercial, personal injury, construction defect, and professional and premises liability issues.
Prior to joining SmithAmundsen, Isabelle worked as a legal intern for an international company based in Milwaukee. Having majored in French, she helped translate and interpret agreements for U.S.-based offices. She is currently proficient in French. Working in a legal department gave her insight into what companies care about and the challenges they face. She draws on this experience when representing clients today.
Isabelle was a competitive figure skater for 15 years and team captain of her collegiate skating team, which instilled in her a discipline and determination she takes with her to the courtroom. She is calm under pressure, takes responsibility for her role, and always prepares in order to perform her best.
