Grecia’s strength as a litigator is her ability to quickly adapt and persevere through challenges with a creative and positive mindset. She believes that legal skill, determination, and passion are fundamental to achieve success for her clients.
Grecia brings her varied experience in law, biomedical and chemical science, and research to her practice. She focuses on the representation of corporate and individual clients in complex litigation.
Grecia represents engineering companies, architects, contractors, developers, and subcontractors in a wide variety of construction disputes including claims of premises liability and professional negligence in a broad range of construction projects. She also has multiple years of experience representing product manufacturers and distributors in product liability claims, where she has prepared and won dispositive motions. Grecia also defends the interests of individuals and companies in personal injury claims dealing with catastrophic accidents and wrongful death.
Outside the office, Grecia volunteers as a BAR exam mentor and tutor with the Minority Legal Education Resources (MLER). She is also a fluent Spanish speaker.
