His risk management counseling involves a variety of transactional services, including drafting and review of risk transfer agreements and policy language and contractual tender evaluations.

He understands that litigation is cost-prohibitive and uses preventative and proactive strategies to avoid it altogether or resolve disputes before hitting the courthouse steps. When it cannot be avoided, Glenn handles declaratory judgment, bad faith, and alternative dispute proceedings, and serves as monitoring counsel.
