Julie Proscia was recently quoted in the Illinois Chamber of Commerce publication, Illinois Business Leader Magazine. The article, “Illinois Being Proactive with Sexual Harassment Task Forces,” discusses the Illinois Senate and House Task Forces on Sexual Discrimination and Harassment Awareness and Prevention. In the article, Julie states that, “it is more important than ever for employers not just to have Sexual Harassment and Anti-Discrimination policies and procedures in place, but also to train employees on what the policy is and train managers on what their obligations are under these policies.”
