Above the Law, the news outlet known for providing a behind the scenes look at law firms, has published its first ever law firm diversity index in partnership with NavForward. Touted as the most comprehensive and accurate database of its kind, Above the Law categorized every lawyer in the top 1,200 firm in the country to create the index.
Amundsen Davis received an “A” grade based on data collected in 2014 and 2015 on the firm’s total number of attorneys, percentage of female attorneys, percentage of female associates, percentage of female partners, and percentage of female promotions from associate to partner. According to Above the Law's breaking media research team, Amundsen Davis is in the top 25% of all firms in terms of gender diversity!
