ERISA/Employee Benefits Attorney

SmithAmundsen seeks an experienced ERISA/Employee Benefits attorney to join our Labor & Employment group. The ideal candidate enjoys helping private and non-for-profit employers navigate the complex, ever-changing legal requirements related to employee benefits, to solve compliance, design, risk and correction issues concerning their employee benefit plans. The ideal candidate has experience that includes: employee benefit services such as qualified retirement plans; employee benefits plans in mergers and acquisitions; employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs); executive compensation; fringe benefits; and, health and wellness plans. Candidates must have strong skills and commitment to client service. Qualified candidates should submit a resume and relevant documents below.
