Successfully Defended the Owner of a Warbird Aircraft Involved in a Crash

SmithAmundsen successfully defended the owner of a warbird aircraft involved in formation flight resulting in the crash of another aircraft.  SmithAmundsen prevailed on a jurisdictional motion against the owner and the plaintiff did not replead against SmithAmundsen’s client in appropriate forum.
