Through a small individual settlement achieved prior to responsive pleading, Amundsen Davis successfully defeated class allegations in suit against a subsidiary of a publicly traded international food manufacturer. The complaint alleged that the subsidiary misrepresented that its “all natural” bar contained an ingredient previously found by the FDA to be misbranded.
