Represented the defendant in a matter which arose out of a purported breach of an “Indemnity Agreement.” The Indemnity Agreement pertained to liabilities suffered by the plaintiff arising out of soil and/or groundwater or other contamination resulting from the dry cleaning company previously operated by the defendant in a shopping center owned and operated by the plaintiff in Norridge, California. This case was dismissed pursuant to settlement.
