Defended our client, a major soap manufacturer against a the plaintiff insulator who had been diagnosed with mesothelioma and brought an action against various premises owners and product suppliers or manufacturers. Amundsen Davis settled this case on behalf of our client for 6% of the original demand on the first day of trial, after the potential jurors were issued questionnaires, which was also the day of arguments as to motions in limine.
