Obtained a Voluntary Dismissal for a Subcontractor Involved in the Liquidation of a Commercial Proper

Amundsen Davis represented a subcontractor involved in the liquidation of a commercial proper. A lawsuit was filed against multiple defendants stemming from an accident that occurred during the liquidation process that resulted in a contractor’s employee losing his leg. We aggressively defended the subcontractor, gathered necessary evidence, and convinced the plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss our client to avoid facing a claim for attorney’s fees for pursuing a frivolous action.
