Overview

Amundsen Davis was retained to defend an international airline accused of defaulting on a $20,000,000 aircraft sale and finance agreement. Our attorneys defeated the lender’s efforts to enjoin the airline from using the aircraft. We argued that the loan was invalid and the lender should be forced to return the payments previously made by the airline. This case was settled on confidential terms.
