Rich McNelley defended a major inland river barge transportation company against a claim by a former employee alleging that his lung cancer was caused by exposure to diesel fuel exhaust during his service as a towboat captain. Rich drafted the Daubert Motion and supporting memorandum of law that resulted in the exclusion of the plaintiff’s causation expert and, as a result, won summary judgment in favor of the client.
