Overview

SmithAmundsen had been advising an international equipment manufacturer for several years, including corporate and employment advice. When the manufacturer realized that its manager and one of its distributors were secretly competing with the manufacturer, SmithAmundsen pounced. The distributor brought suit claiming it was wrongfully terminated. SmithAmundsen had the case moved to arbitration.
