Sara Zorich will be addressing upcoming changes to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) in this comprehensive webinar. The U.S. Department of Labor issued proposed rules to increase the salary requirements used to initiate an exemption from overtime under the FLSA in 2015.
It is expected that the rule will become final in mid to late 2016. The webinar is a platform to learn and prepare for these changes before they materialize.
