OSHA regulations and enforcement practices have undergone constant change. OSHA has changed numerous regulations related to mandatory reporting, recordkeeping, whistleblower protection, electronic filings, retaliation, and drug testing policies. Penalty increases have been implemented and the rate of inspections continue to rise. Employer preparedness for an OSHA inspection is critical to avoid unwarranted fines and poor publicity.
